Alright, for srs failfags

This is a legitimate signature request, but it must follow these rules:

• 400x85 or smaller.
• Must not exceed 28kb.
• Must be .gif.

Now for the juicy part. Please note that these images are HUGE. This fuckers are big, but this should assist you in a higher quality signature.

• Start by taking this base image and focus on the middle of the face.
• Now take this text, resize it, and position it in the middle of the face below the eyes and along the nose.
• Make the signature flash like lightning after 13 seconds exactly and then put this second image to replace the first using the same perspective as the first.
• For the second image, place the text in the exact same position as the first image.
• After another 13 seconds, use the lightning feature again (copying the transition as it did from the first image to the second) and return back to the first image and loop the signature from thereon.

This is a RUSH request and I will need it very soon. Just remember, resize the images and make sure that the text is in the same position for the entire loop. Thanks in advance guys, I know you can do this easily.

...So i made a fail gif sig...
i used flash to make it and flash sucks at making animated gifs ( waaay to big in size so you have to cut down on quality )
I did it so other people could say "wow that sucks i can make a better one" then they'd do it... my plan failed accordingly heh
